Withdrawal and refunds

Payments are made in US dollars (USD) or Canadian dollars (CAD) via the payment methods offered at checkout. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded. This right follows from the EU Consumer Rights Directive and applies to every buyer under the terms set out here, whether you live in the European Union, the United States, Canada or elsewhere.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, all payments you have made will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which the notice of your withdrawal from this contract is received. For the refund, we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this refund.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

For a contract for the supply of digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires if we have begun performance of the contract after you

1. expressly consented to our beginning performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period, and
2. confirmed that you are aware that your consent causes you to lose your right of withdrawal once performance of the contract has begun.

By completing the order, you give this express consent. Because access to the trainer is usually activated immediately after payment is received, your right of withdrawal expires once access is activated.

Refunds

Independently of the right of withdrawal, our money-back guarantee applies: If you do not pass the exam, we will refund, upon proof, the most recent payment (subscription) or the one-time price (lasting access). Write to us within 30 days after the exam at [email protected]. The conditions are set out in Section 5a of the Terms.

We refund to the original payment method. You can cancel a subscription at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period, in your account under "Manage or cancel subscription" or by email to [email protected].
